Abstract
This article is the second part of the study, presenting the changes in hallmarking law, made in 2011 and the as-sessment of new solutions, a few years after their entry into force. There are presented changes concerning the introduction of additional standards for precious metal articles, new regulations referring to the responsibility marks and certifcates of testing and also problem of marking non-precious metal products.
