Instruments constructed in accordance with the approved type have defects affecting their intended use.

President of Central Office of Measures may withdraw the type approval decision if it finds that:

1. the instruments placed on the market or put into use are inconsistent with the approved type, or do not meet the requirements;
2. restrictions in the type approval decision are not observed.
