Therefore the international metrology organizations like the International Bureau of Weights and Measures and the European Association of National Metrology Institutes EURAMET intend to integrate DIs into the metrological cooperation framework. The representatives of Designated Institutes, National Metrology Institutes, national designating and financing authorities and EURAMET Technical Committee chairs have been invited to participate in the workshop.
