Włodzimierz Lewandowski, has been officially accepted as a delegate of the European Association of National Metrology Institutes (EURAMET).

The President of the Central Office of Measures (GUM), Włodzimierz Lewandowski, has been officially accepted as a delegate of the European Association of National Metrology Institutes (EURAMET). Włodzimierz Lewandowski will represent GUM during the General Assembly of EURAMET which is the highest decision-making authority of this organization.

The General Assembly (GA) EURAMET is constituted by delegates of member states, the representatives of the Designated Institutes, the international metrology and cooperating organizations and, furthermore, by the representatives of the states applying for membership which have an observer status. The General Assembly is organized once a year. In June 2015, GA was hosted by GUM and took place in Krakow.
