34 WELMEC Committee Meeting with GUM representatives

On 25-27 April 2018 two representatives of GUM took part in the 34 WELMEC Committee Meeting organized in Sarajevo.
WELMEC is an organization consisting of 39 countries whose goal is to integrate European legal metrology. During this year's meeting, a number of important resolutions were adopted: the budget for 2019 was passed, elections to the WELMEC leadership bodies were made. In addition, delegates discussed the possible merger of WELMEC with another European metrological organization, EURAMET.
Next Committee Meeting is planned in Brno, in Czech Republic.
