The Chinese professionals from the GNSS and LBS Association visited GUM

The representatives of the Chinese GNSS and LBS Association (GLAC) were hosted by the Central Office of Measures.

The association gathers together professionals in the field of global satellite navigation systems and localization services at the national and international levels. It gathers over 1,000 organizations, including universities, research centers, businesses, manufacturers, and geospatial data providers.
Representatives of the association visited selected laboratories in the Main Office of Measures and met with the President of GUM, dr Wlodzimierz Lewandowski. The employees of the Laboratory of Precise Geometric Measurements also participated in the meeting. The participants exchanged remarks on the use of navigation technology and international cooperation in this field.
